With multiple convenient locations and flexible appointment scheduling, our centers are open 7 days a week with extended hours to fit your needs. This affords you more availability for an appointment, sooner. You are never far from one of the Leon state-of-the-art centers covering all Miami Dade County.
24-Hour Urgent Care
For urgent care needs, you can choose from any one of our urgent care locations, centrally located throughout Miami Dade county. Leon Select Network provides urgent care at our Flagler center conveniently located on Flagler off the palmetto expressway (7950 NW 2nd Street) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and, at other centers we offer extended hours for your convenience to ensure immediate attention whenever an unexpected health issue arises.
Comprehensive Electronic Medical Records (EPIC)
With Leon Select Network, you have access to our comprehensive electronic medical records system powered by the largest and most recognized EMR software company, Epic, that currently serves more than 325 million patients worldwide. This advanced platform provides our physicians immediate review of medical records, treatment plans, and test results, allowing instant access to patient information in order to ensure coordinated, high quality care.
MyLeon Patient Portal
We also offer the MyLeon patient chart, designed to make your experience easier and more convenient.
With the flexibility and convenience of MyLeon, patients can:
- Schedule their own appointments, at will,
- Communicate with pharmacy to request prescription refills and set up options for delivery.
- Access their medical records in real time on a phone/tablet or computer.

State-of-the-Art MRI, CT Scans, X-Rays, and other Diagnostic Services
With Leon Select Network, you have access to in-house state-of-the-art diagnostics and technology with our equipment including, CT scans, digital x-rays, 3D mammograms, ultrasounds, bone density, MRI, PET scans and more, making sure that our patients always have access to diagnostic imaging, whenever necessary. This allows our physicians to see more detailed imaging exams to provide patients with a better diagnosis and treatment for their condition.
Pharmacy Refills and At-home Delivery
We take the hassle out of obtaining your medications. With an on-site pharmacy at every center, prescriptions can be filled electronically and picked up right away after each appointment. Additionally, our convenient, hassle-free refill center offers same-day home delivery options.
